EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If the purchase you made did not meet your expectations, we offer you the possibility of making a return.
We describe in detail the conditions and the various options available for you to return your items.

CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN
• You must make the return within the established deadline:

Online purchase: you have 14 days from the date your order is shipped.

Purchase in a physical store: you have 14 days from the date of purchase.


• Items must be in their original condition and have all labels attached and the shipping box/package.


• You must make the return in the same region where you made the purchase.

Remember: the deadline for making the return is shown in your order details.

RETURN IN A STORE
You can return your items free of charge at our Tendências store at Av. da Igreja, nº. 9B, Lisbon.

The option to return in store is available for both online and in-store purchases. You just have to present the items for return with the tags on the pieces, packaging (if purchased on the website), and receipt of purchase and box

Remember: if you can't go to the store to make the return, someone else can do it for you.

DELIVERY TO A CTT POST
We offer the option of returning your items via delivery to a CTT post. The cost per return request is €4.50, which will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that this option is only available for online purchases.
It is necessary to include the purchase receipt.

COMMON QUESTIONS
HOW DO I NEED TO PREPARE MY RETURN PACKAGE?
If you no longer have the original packaging, you can return your order in any other packaging, as long as it is well closed to avoid losing the items. You do not have to write any shipping address on the packaging. Only the code provided by BATCH.
It is necessary to include the purchase receipt.
